OFA Ohio releases a new video highlighting Romney’s support of Senate Bill 5

The Ohio branch of President Obama’s reelection campaign issued a new, 3-minute video this week highlighting Gov. Romney’s support of Senate Bill 5, or Issue 2, reported James Hohmann for POLITICO.

The bill, which was defeated by voters last November, would have restricted the collective bargaining power of public workers, prohibited strikes and set caps on sick and personal and vacation days workers could cash in on upon retirement. The law also included other measures that many viewed as an attack on fire fighters, police officers, teachers and other public employees.
