A semi truck carrying diesel fuel crashed into a concrete median on SR 8 in Stow around 9:45 a.m. Monday, according to authorities.

The semi truck then jackknifed, stopping traffic in the southbound lanes between Graham Road and Steel Corners Road. The crash sent debris into the northbound lanes and hit another vehicle.

No injuries were reported, and southbound lanes reopened before 1 p.m. Some fuel spilled onto the roadway, but was quickly cleaned up by a hazmat team.

The cause of the crash hasn’t been determined, but authorities believe it was poor road conditions because of weather.
