The Emergency Managment Association sent a trailer with roughly 1,300 cases of water to Windham after a drinking water advisory went into effect in the village. Windham, Ohio Wednesday, Oct 17, 2018. Due to a chlorine pump failure at the Windham department of water, manganese and other contaminants increased to levels high enough for a drinkning water advisory. Women who are pregnant, nursing and young children are advised not to drink the water as of press time.
