New bill brings back cursive handwriting

A house bill has been introduced to re-inforce teaching cursive handwriting in schools. Since technology has become so advanced, the common core standards have focused on teaching keyboarding. This took top priority over cursive handwriting, but if the bill passes teachers will have to find a balance between the two. TV2’s Crystal Smith reports.
