Well-known conspiracy theorist and radio host Alex Jones was escorted out of Public Square around 4 p.m. Tuesday by Cleveland Police officers.

Jones marched into the square while a woman by the name of Donna Woods was on stage speaking. Jones began yelling through a megaphone within a sea of supporters and media.

Jones was met by counter-protesters and struck in close quarters by a man from behind.

Cleveland Police then intervened and pulled Jones from the crowd. More police forces were called in following the altercation. Eventually, Cleveland Police used bikes to break up the crowd.
