To anyone who brought back a fancy new drone planning on flying it all around campus; don’t take off just yet. The Kent State Department of Public Safety released guidelines for recreational use for these unmanned aircraft systems. Some rules include not flying drones near people, buildings or over sporting events. Read more here to get the full extent and remember to watch out for those trees.

After three long months the search committee for the new dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Services narrowed down the candidates to a final three. Now all the candidates have to do is give a 45-minute presentation in the governance chambers of the Kent State Student Center, which focuses all on themselves.
