Kent Health Department to host children’s immunization clinic

2 months: DTaP, Hep B, Hib, PCV, Polio, Rotavirus

4 months: DTaP, Hib, PCV, Polio, Rotavirus

6 months: DTaP, Hep B, Hib, PCV, Rotavirus, Flu

12 months: Hep A, MMR, Varicella

15 to 18 months: DTaP, Hep A, Hib, PCV, Polio

4 to 6 years:DTaP, MMR, Polio, Varicella

11 to 18 years: Meningococcal, HPV, Tdap, Hep A

The Kent Health Department will host an immunization clinic Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. for parents who are interested in vaccinating their children against a host of diseases.

All services are walk-in, but parents are required to bring a copy of their child’s past immunization record. Immunizations will be provided at low or no cost for children 18 years or younger.

The health department is located at 800 E. Summit St. Room 207 in the Schwartz Center at Kent State.
