After a fight with his parents, a 16-year-old boy climbed an airport fence, crossed a tarmac and climbed into a jetliner’s wheel well before flying five freezing hours to Hawaii. Authorities found the native Californian on the Maui airport tarmac Sunday wandering without identification. 

Vice President Joe Biden launched a high-profile visit to illustrate the U.S. commitment to Ukraine and push for international agreement aimed at de-escalating tensions as violence continues.
