Kent State’s School of the Arts is hosting its first crafts art sale Nov. 19 and 20.

Eftihia Tsengas, director of communication and marketing for the College of the Arts, said a holiday jewelry sale kicked off Nov. 18.

The crafts group sale began Nov. 19 in the art building and ran from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Nov. 20, the sale will be held in the Michael Schwartz Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

She said the sale items make great gifts for friends and family at the holidays. The sales feature ceramics, jewelry, glass and textiles.

“Unique, handmade gifts for you and yours,” Tsengas said.

The sale profits will benefit the School of Art for future events and activities.
