Kent State plans to host John Jarvey, a retired teacher, as a guest speaker at 7 p.m. Thursday in Room 200 of White Hall.

“We are going to learn about multicultural literature from around the globe,” said Joanne Dowdy, professor of teaching, learning and curricular studies. “Jarvey will be presenting a compilation of books that exemplifies a variety of cultures.”
