St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and so is the green beer.

Binge drinking occurs when a male has five or more drinks in an hour and a female has more than four.

And with St. Patrick’s Day just a few days away, what should you do to help you and your friends to stay afloat instead of drowning in the sea of green.

If you do plan on celebrating over the weekend, be sure to go out on a full stomach and drink plenty of water in between drinks…
