Seniors can visit the Kent State Bookstore from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday to get a 10 percent discount coupon from the Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association distributed flyers at the graduation fair in students’ cap and gown packages, and it also plans to have a table at the bookstore Thursday to hand out flyers.

Seniors who choose to join the Alumni Association on Thursday will also receive a 25 percent off coupon that can be used on one item.

Carrie Circosta, assistant director of alumni relations for the Alumni Association, said she hopes seniors will take advantage of Senior Day.

“We are doing what we can to help [graduating seniors],” Circosta said. “We’re thinking about ways to reach out.”

Interested seniors must present either the email invitation or promotional flyer to receive the discount. The discounts are only valid on clothing and gift items, and cannot be used on textbooks, CDs, computer hardware or software.
