Kent State University’s infielder, Nick Hamilton, signs a baseball and a home plate from Glenn Peterson. Peterson, from Vermillion, Ohio, along with his son, drove out to Omaha, Neb. to watch his alma mater compete in the College World Series. Peterson is a 84 graduate of the university and brought his son with him to Omaha. “It’s one of those father and son things to do on Father’s Day.” Peterson’s son, Mitchell plays first base and outfield on the Vermilion High School baseball team.
