The Kent community speaks out about Hazell leaving

It is almost 2 years ago to the day that Darrell Hazell signed to be head coach of the Kent State Golden Flashes football team.

In that short time he resurected the Kent State football program, and ignited a much forgotten Golden Flashes Fan base. TV2 Reporter Hallie Schmidt spoke with students and residents about Hazell’s decision. Most of them understand his decision and look forward to see who Kent replaces him with.
