South Depeyster Street, from Erie Street to Haymaker Parkway is closed starting Monday because of hotel and conference center construction.

Depeyster Street from Main Street to Erie Street will stay open. Road closed signs will be posted. In a news release, the Department of Public Services said residents should drive carefully or avoid the area if possible.

Sheri Chestnutwood, administrative assistant to the service director, said she anticipates that portion of the road will be closed for a few months.
