A 29-year-old Kent man will be arraigned at 11 a.m. Monday on one count of rape, one count of aggravated burglary and two counts of sexual imposition.

Giovanni D. Levy, of 1605 South Water St., Apt. 10, was arrested after he allegedly raped one Kent State male student Aug. 21 and sexually assaulted another Sept. 3.

Levy’s preliminary trial was Friday, where a grand jury indicted him on the above charges.

Officials at the Portage County Clerk’s office said they will schedule a pretrial hearing following the arraignment.

Levy is a registered sex oriented offender, according to the Portage County Sheriff’s Office sex offender registry website.
