In May, Robin Hood Bar and Grille was demolished, leaving only a vacant lot and a metal fence at the corner of North Lincoln and Main Street.

And just four weeks ago, Dubois Book Store closed its doors forever, leaving almost an entire block stretching from south Lincoln to Willow Street and East Summit to College Street up for sale.

Because both spaces are only few steps from campus, students shared a variety of ideas ranging from community centers to parking garages and doughnut shops.
