Reduce your stress
April 25, 2011
Summer is almost here, but before we can swear off school completely, we have to get through exam week.
Here are some tips to reduce stress:
- Exercise. You’ve heard it a million times, but that’s because it really does work. Not only will you feel better about yourself, but when summer comes along, you won’t regret getting in shape.
- Drink water. When you haven’t had enough water, you feel weighed down. Keep a glass by you while you study.
- Burn a candle or drink some mint tea while you’re studying. The strong scents make you feel more awake.
- Study in blocks of time, and take a break. Let your mind rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Don’t procrastinate, but if you do, don’t freak out. Just do the best you can in the time you’re given.
