The Kent City Police Department will hold its monthly Neighborhood Watch meeting at 7 p.m. tonight to discuss animal control.

The Neighborhood Watch meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at the police department’s training room and are open to the public.

This month’s crime prevention topic will cover animal related issues that affect neighborhoods in Kent, according to a police news release.

Dana Frazier, Kent Police Department’s animal control officer, will provide a presentation on animal control services offered by Kent.

After the presentation, there will be an open discussion of neighborhood concerns and crime prevention.
