Update: Afternoon classes beginning after 4:00 p.m. today on the main Kent campus have been canceled.

Afternoon and evening classes at the Tuscarawas Campus have been canceled for today. Evening classes, beginning after 4:15 p.m., have also been canceled today at Salem, East Liverpool and Trumbull. Wednesday morning classes at Trumbull have also been canceled.

An emergency parking ban is in effect for the city of Kent beginning today at 4 p.m. This prohibits parking on all city streets.

The ban will allow city crews to clear snow and ice buildup up on the street, and will remain in effect following the storm.
