Two Kent State students reported being robbed at gunpoint early Saturday morning in the Silver Oaks Apartments parking lot, according to a FlashLine message.

The Kent City Police are investigating the robbery, which occurred adjacent to campus off of Loop Road. No one was injured.

According to the campus alert, the three suspects were driving a grey four-door Ford Contour at 2:02 a.m. Saturday. The victims gave the following descriptions of the three suspects:

– white male 6′ tall and thin

– stocky Hispanic male about 5’9″ tall

– black male 5’9″ tall and thinner than the Hispanic suspect
