University police made four arrests today in connection with the robbery that occurred on campus on Nov. 22.

Police arrested students Jose Lino, 18, of Akron; Daejshon Norton, 18, of Erie, Pa.; and Mykel Benson, 18, of Cleveland. The fourth person involved in the robbery is not a Kent State student and is a juvenile. His name is not being released.

A tip provided by a student, along with campus surveillance systems, helped police identify all four suspects.

University police will continue to have an increased presence around campus to ensure everyone’s safety.
