Rows of tents filled Fred Fuller Park on Saturday and Sunday for the 16th annual Art in the Park. Local artists, photographers, potters, glass crafters and others displayed and sold everything from artwork to garden ornaments. Several pottery artists painted and fired pieces on site in handmade kilns. The event also included presentations of Japanese calligraphy and tea ceremonies and demonstrations of medieval sword fighting and fencing. Varieties of music performances were also a part of the two-day celebration. Families and visitors wandered through the tents of colorful displays as bluegrass bands played and medieval knights fell to their opponents.
