Vampire expert Michelle Belanger will give a lecture on vampire history and vampire subculture at 11 p.m. in the Kiva. Admission for the event, which will be followed by a midnight showing of “Twilight,” is free.

Belanger has written several books on vampires including “Psychic Vampire Codex,” a reference work on contemporary vampires. Belanger has also been on several television shows including the History Channel special “Vampire Secrets” and A&E’s special “The Secret Life of Vampires.”
