Circle K robbed this morning

Kent City Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at 4:10 this morning at the Circle K store on North Mantua Street/state Route 43.

Kent City Police, who could not be reached for comment, said in a news release that a suspect, described as a black male about 6-feet tall and bald, obtained an undisclosed amount of money from the store. The store’s surveillance cameras captured photos of the suspect, who is also suspected of robberies in nearby jurisdictions.

The suspect was reported to be unarmed and working alone and police are unsure if he fled the scene by foot or by car.
