Kent State’s volleyball team lost to Northern Illinois in four sets Saturday night at the M.A.C. Center.

Senior outside hitter Ashley Feutz led the Flashes (13-10, 3-7 Mid-American Conference) offensively with 13 kills and a .500 hitting percentage. As a team, Kent State’s offense kept the sets close by hitting .268 and making only 12 errors.

On defense, the Flashes struggled, making three blocking errors and only digging up 49 of the Huskies’ 148 attacks. Sophomore libero Kristen Barr recorded 15 of the Flashes’ digs.

Kent State has lost its last three matches and hasn’t won two consecutive matches since Sept. 26-27.
