Collector comes to University Library to discuss future of books

The University Library will host internationally known collector Robert H. Jackson at 4 p.m. today, as he speaks about the art of collecting.

Jackson, whose lecture is titled “The Future of Books,” will discuss his extensive collection of rare books, tribal art and antiquities. He has spoken at a number of venues, including other universities and the Library of Congress.

The event is free and open to the public. It will take place on the 10th floor of the library in the Gerald and Victoria C.T. Read Special Collections Classroom.
