October 9, 2008
In honor of its 75th anniversary, the Honors College will be announcing 75 people who have made a significant contribution to it over the years.
The college will kick off the celebration tonight at the Alumni Reunion. Those being recognized tonight are former staff members, deans and presidents of the alumni chapter, said Kim Brown, coordinator of student life and alumni relations.
The college will continue to announce people throughout the academic year at various events. The Senior Honors Brunch in April will be the final event in which names are announced, said Becky Gares, coordinator of advising and communication.
