Campus police are investigating a report of an attempted robbery that occurred on campus at 1:45 a.m. this morning.

The victim was not injured, but the incident took place near Van Deusen Hall and the University Esplanade.

According to the FlashLine alert, the victim said the suspect was a “dark-skinned male, approximately 19 years old, 6 feet tall with a thin build, and having a small growth of facial hair under his bottom lip. The suspect was wearing a dark blue ‘hoodie’ and was armed with a small knife.”
