The Kent State Library staff will recreate the Main Library Building from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. using non-perishable food cans, as part of Tuesday’s United Way sponsered “CANstruction Competition.” All cans will be donated to Kent Social Services.

The library model will be created using 315 food cans, with a picture of a part of the library pasted on each can. The completed product displays a panoramic, to scale photo of the library.
