CBS reality show “Big Brother” will host an open casting call for students and the public in the Kiva tomorrow from noon to 4 p.m.

Applications will be available at the registration table, but it is recommended to print and complete an application in advance from http://www.19actionnews.com.

Auditions consist of two-minute taping sessions in which participants explain to the producers why they should be chosen. No specific questions will be asked, said Sarah Kotzman, marketing and events producer for the Cleveland CBS news channel.

Kotzman said “Big Brother” will soon be in its 10th season. In the show, a group of strangers are placed into a house where they are recorded by dozens of cameras and microphones 24-hours-a-day for three months. The house guests participate in various competitions and vote each other off the show until only one remains to collect the grand prize of $500,000.

Free pizza from Papa John’s will be provided to the first 100 to register. The event is sponsored by Time Warner Cable.
