Students seeking advice about student life or academics can now receive instant responses to their questions.

The Provost’s Office has set up a resource desk for students to get answers to questions pertaining to student life.

“Our goal is to have this space specialize in answering questions about Kent State and provide all kinds of information about the university community,” said Terri Christensen, executive director of student success programs. “The office will provide information from directions or connections to KSU resources to campus-wide events and specialized resources.”

The desk is located in the FlashCard office next to the information desk in the Student Center. The desk is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is open to all students.

“We envision the staff that occupy this space helping students navigate university resources and services, provide referrals and promote ways for students to get connected and stay informed at KSU,” Christensen said.
