Ghost walk comes tonight

Adam Griffiths

The night before Halloween in Kent is somewhat of a lull before the storm. Students lay low while finishing the final preparations to their costumes. They make the last runs to the Campus Wine Cellar and Bottles 101, physically and mentally preparing themselves for the ensuing madness that will begin at dusk tomorrow.

This year, Main Street Kent is working with downtown merchants and The Kent Stage to offer fun, non-alcoholic alternatives to staying at home the night before Kent Halloween. So after you’ve finished rummaging through the leftovers at Einstein’s Attic, and you’ve purchased just enough Natty to waste everyone in your apartment building, take an hour or two to head downtown for some fall entertainment.
