The Undergraduate Student Senate will help fund buses to transport Kent State students to the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland Friday for the Mid-American Conference basketball tournament if Kent State wins Thursday night.

Executive Director Ross Miltner said USS spent about $1,000 of its budget for the free transportation.

Also at the USS meeting, Miltner outlined the remainder of the current Senate’s tenure:

• Next Wednesday: 2007 USS Election

• March 21: USS meeting

• April 4: Final current USS meeting

• April 11: Transition meeting for the 2007-2008 USS.
