The State Highway Patrol is reporting a multi-vehicle accident on the eastbound lane of I-76 near the Route 14 exit. That area of the highway is temporarily closed.

Only minor injuries are reported at this time. The Highway Patrol has not concluded what caused the accident, but it is likely the result of inclement weather conditions. The Ohio Department of Transportation has a detour posted as Route 14 to US 224 to state Route 534 to I-76.
