“The O.C.,” “Beverly Hills, 90210” and election campaigns will invade Risman Plaza at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow.

Sherrod Brown, Ohio Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, will speak at a rally sponsored by the College Democrats.

Brown will be joined by his wife Connie Schultz. Schultz is a Kent State alumna, a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and a columnist for The Plain Dealer.

Brown and Schultz spoke at Kent State last spring.

“We’re really excited to welcome him back,” said College Democrats President Kelly Stellrecht.

Also joining the lineup are “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Luke Perry, and Adam Brody from “The O.C.”

“(Brown) is having a tour and different people are coming on different days,” Stellrecht said. “It just happened to be that (Perry and Brody) were available on Saturday.”

Rep. Tim Ryan and state Sen. Mark Dann will also join Brown.

“Basically, I’m just really excited that anybody’s coming to campus,” Stellrecht said.
