Portage Mental Health and Recovery Board seeks renewal

This is why she said passing Issue 22 is so important to her.

If passed, Issue 22 will provide the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Portage County with about $290,000 a year over the next 10 years, according to the county auditor’s office. The 0.3-million levy was last passed in 1996 and will run until the end of this year. Issue 22 will renew what Portage County citizens already pay.
