The American Red Cross will be on campus today for people interested in donating blood.

The blood drives will be from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Verder Hall, and from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

To donate blood, one must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. A person’s eligibility is determined in a private, confidential health history review with an American Red Cross representative.

The group will also be hosting a blood drive Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. in Apple Hall.
