Summer Xia, a foreign exchange student from China, relights a candle that was rained out Sept. 11, 2019. Xia was brought by her host family to the Tallmadge vigil remembering Sept. 11, 2001. Jennifer Freiman, Xia’s host mom, said she wanted to bring Xia to teach her about the events that took place 18 years ago.
