Councilwoman Gwen Rosenberg contacted Kent artist Lesley Sickle to create the artwork for the “Women-Friendly Kent” totes. This was the final design sent to Rosenberg on June 10, 2019. “The art isn’t gender specific, nor is the project; it’s just friendly,” Rosenberg said.
