19-year-old Zoe Noel decided to start a donut food truck last Thanksgiving. Since then, she and her family are serving up fresh donuts and signature lattes across Portage County. Noel juggles all this while being a full-time college student at Kent State. What she has learned as a junior marketing major helped build her business as she continues to expand it.
