Kent State extends Thanksgiving break
August 11, 2017
In a faculty email, Melody Tankersley, senior associate provost and the dean of graduate studies, announced Kent State will not be holding classes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving break.
In the past classes have only been canceled for Wednesday afternoon and evening, but this year, students will have the whole day off.
Tankersley wrote in her email this will not affect staff holidays or university closure, meaning all offices will remain open the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
