- Apartments that do not allow pets include Province, Campus Pointe, 354 Flats and University Townhomes.
- University Edge allows pets for $25 per month with a $125 registration fee.
- University Oaks allows pets for $30 per month with a $300 registration fee.
- Ryan Place Apartments allows the maximum of two pets. For a cat, it’s $15 per month and for a dog, it’s $25 per month with a $300 registration fee.
- Indian Valley requires pets be 50 pounds and no more. It costs $30 per month with a $200 registration fee.
- Jordan Court, Eagles Landing and College Towers are cat-friendly.
- Jordan Court is $50 a month with a $300 registration fee.
- Eagles Landing is $25 a month with a $300 registration fee.
- College Towers is $10 a month with a $150 registration fee.
