Clinton to campaign at Kent State Monday

UPDATED TO ADD: This story has been updated to include newly-announced times of rally doors opening and Clinton’s expected speech time.
 

The College Democrats will host Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at Kent State’s Student Recreation and Wellness Center on Monday.

Doors open at 12:15 p.m. and Clinton is scheduled to speak at 2:45 p.m. on the basketball courts. Tickets will not be sold, as this is a first come, first serve event.

This will be the second stop at Kent State for the Clinton campaign this semester. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders stumped for his former opponent in September. Sanders’ visit was part of a weekend spent rallying support among millennial voters .

Monday’s rally at Kent State will be one of two stops Clinton makes in Ohio to begin the last week of campaigning before the Nov. 8 election.
