Sept. 9 – Black Squirrel Festival held on Risman Plaza from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Sept. 9 – Country duo Florida Georgia Line performs at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Doors open at 7 p.m. with opening acts Cole Swindell, The Cadillac Three and Kane Brown.
Sept. 10 – Run the World Walk/Run 5K hosted by the Office of Global Education at 8:30 a.m., with the running path located on campus
Sept. 10 – ‘We Come in Peace’ panel discussion on artificial intelligence, hosted by the Northeast Ohio ACM Professional Chapter and the Kent State University Library from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Sept. 10 – Kent State University Aeronautics Fair hosted by The Aeronautics Department in Kent State University’s College of Applied Engineering, Sustainability and Technology from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Andrew W. Paton Field at the Kent State University Airport (4020 Kent Road, Stow, OH).
Sept. 10-11 – Art in the Park Festival hosted by the Kent Parks & Recreation Department at Fred Fuller Park in Kent, Ohio. Hours vary by day.
