Student robbed on Summit Street

A KSU advisory sent out early Wednesday morning reported one student was robbed by two men on Summit Street near Whitehall Boulevard on the Kent Campus.
The student was robbed of a cell phone and cash shortly after 1 a.m., according to the advisory.
One suspect was described as being skinny and wearing a grey shirt and pants, while other was reported as having on a flat brim ball camp, dark shirt, dark pants and possibly a jacket, the advisory stated.
Kent State reported on Twitter that no weapon was seen and no injuries have been sustained.
