The defense team for T. A. K., center, defended the suspect during Friday morning’s hearing. T. A. K. will be tried as an adult as a result of the hearing. Judge Bob Berger order the media to refer to the defendant only as T. A. K. and to refrain from publishing the defendant’s face or facial features.
