Kent Police responded to a shooting last night at Ryan Place off East Main St. where one person was confirmed dead.

After interceptions, fumbles and an unbelievable punt return, the Denver Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers 24-10 to take Superbowl 50. 

Lunch time blues

Burrito bowls are not an option for lunch today. Chipotle is closing all of its restaurants from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  to discuss food safety with its staff. This is the restaurant’s big PR move to improve its image after a little E. coli got in their food last year.
