Two Akron men were arrested in Kent on Thursday following a quick vehicular pursuit.

Frank Robinson Jr. and Antoine Richardson, both 30 years old, have been charged with attempted burglary and possession of criminal tools. After being caught trespassing on property, there was an ensuing vehicle pursuit that ended on W. Main Street.

Lt. Michael Lewis from Kent City Police said the two suspects are being held without bond and, as the courts are closed for the weekend, are scheduled to have a court appearance Monday.

Lewis also said there have been a number of burglaries in the area over the last few weeks, and the suspects could be involved with those as well.
