Best Apartment Complex: The Province

Located on South Lincoln Street near central campus, and across the street from the Business Administration Building, The Province has been voted the best off-campus living of 2015.

The complex offers various amenities including a 24-hour gym, movie theatre, private study room and tanning bed.

Residents are even treated to “Popcorn Fridays.” With floor plans ranging from large studios to four bedroom pre-furnished apartments, rent starts at $635 and goes up to $979.

Campus Pointe

The second place winner in this category is Campus Pointe apartments on Ashton Lane.

Though the complex is further away from Kent State, a PARTA bus runs every 15 minutes to take students to and from campus.

With a selection of a fully furnished, two to four bedroom apartment, rent ranges from $605 to $680. Amenities include a sand volleyball court and outdoor pool.

Located on Rhodes Road, University Edge apartments earned a spot in the top 3 of best apartment complexes.

The proximity to campus is just one of the advantages to living at University Edge. With rent ranging from $614 to $809, residents at the complex can enjoy a computer center and video gaming room.
